Environmental Protection Act 1990

Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005
These regulations define what constitutes hazardous waste and sets strict requirements for its identification, classification and labelling. Businesses producing over 500 kg of hazardous waste must register with The Environment Agency and maintain comprehensive records of waste movements. Controlled Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2012
