Sharps Disposal & Collection

Hazardous, Non-Hazardous & Cytotoxic Sharps

Hazardous, non-hazardous and cytotoxic sharps are an everyday presence in any clinical environment you care to name.

From needles and syringes, to stitch cutters and shards of bone, sharps can be highly dangerous objects and, consequently, are classed according to the level of contamination risk that they pose.

It is extremely important that such waste items are sealed, to avoid any puncture wounds or more serious injury during handling.

For this reason, it is essential that sharps waste is correctly separated into hazardous and non-hazardous containers prior to being safely removed from the workplace.

Safe and Efficient Sharps Disposal Service

WGS Waste Management work closely with clients across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London to ensure that all waste storage and disposal is handled inline with the Hazardous Waste Regulations.

Our team will supply all the necessary sharps disposal bins - which are colour coded per type(s) of sharps, the type of premise they are removed from, and the regulations that they must follow.

All sharp box designs we provide come with wall brackets to help you keep those surface tops clear.

We will then ensure that all sharps waste disposal is managed professionally on your behalf, on a collection schedule which is tailored to your specific requirements.

Are you a Microblading / Aesthetic / Beauty Business?

Even if you are a small beauty business, we can supply you with a sharps box and the correct documentation which is essential for your business! Whether you are working from a clinic or from home, we will safely manage your sharps waste.
