WGS Team Spotlight: Meet Rob

This month marks one year since Rob stepped into the role of Service Manager at WGS Waste Management and what a year it’s been!

Since taking on the position, Rob has grown into an outstanding leader, bringing fresh energy and a hands-on approach to every part of the WGS service operation. From supporting the team and enhancing our scheduling systems, to streamlining compliance procedures and improving stock lines, Rob has made an undeniable impact across the business.

One of Rob’s standout strengths is his ability to build and strengthen relationships, not just within the team, but also with our disposal site partners and our customers. His knowledge and dedication have been invaluable in helping new clients onboard seamlessly, offering guidance on waste segregation and best practices from day one.
